Honduras Finca El Tango Gesha Next up in our series of Honduras microlot releases comes a super special coffee from Finca El Tango, the farm of coffee grower Angel Arturo Paz Ramirez. Angel bought his first coffee farm in 2007, La Colima, where he planted the red catuaí variety and prepped his first ever coffees for export. El Tango is Angel's second coffee farm, purchased in 2018 with the plan to grow specialized varieties of coffee. Angel is a third-generation coffee farmer and has been working at the San Vicente mill in the Santa Barbera area of Honduras since he was young, with many years of coffee farming in his life you know these coffees are going to come out shining!     About the Coffee This new release is 100% gesha, a variety of coffee that produces a very floral, delicate, and tea-like cup.
