Antique Candy Dish with Center Handle, Oriental Design, Orange & Blue Florals, Square Shape, Home Decor, Chinoiserie, Trinket Dish, Japan Imports, (Discontinued) Made in Japan Antique: 1920's Details:  This is a gorgeous dish.  It is richly decorated with orange, pink, and blue flowers and bright green leaves.  The verge is lined in a reddish rust color and has more flowers in the same tones.  The border is even more intricate with red, blue, yellow and gold accents.  Everything is rimmed in gold and the handle is completely covered in gold.  The shape is lovely, it is square with indented corners.  It is stamped on the back: "Hand Painted Japan" with the Moriyama Mori-Machi logo.  Great decor piece.  Useful as a catch-all by the front door or vanity.  Excellent gift for an oriental decor lover!
