This fountain pen has never seen ink and comes with the Pelikan Wall Street Limited Edition Certificate, Literature, Service Card, and original inner and outer boxes. I consider this Pelikan Wall Street Fountain pen in Never Inked, Mint Condition. NOTE: The Pelikan Wall Street fountain pen is a limited edition model, with only 4500 numbered pieces released in 1995. This pen was designed to target the world banking, stock brokers, the economy, and the finance industry in general. The barrel has an inlaid 24CT real gold bar in the mottled grey resin.
