C1926 MABIE TODD SWAN GOLD FILLED OVERLAY TWISTFILLER FOUNTAIN PEN w/F-BBB FLEX NIB

For your consideration we are offering for sale this Restored Circa 1926 Mabie Todd & Co SWAN Fountain Pen with fancy gold filled overlay. This fountain pen has been thoroughly taken apart, cleaned, put back together, and now is in wonderful writing condition. Ultrasonically cleaned the NIB and feed. Hand cleaned the inside of the barrel and cap with mineral oil. Cleaned, Polished, and Buffed the gold-filled material on the cap and barrel. The gold-filled overlay on the clip displays some wear, the cap and barrel also show some minor wear of the gold-filled over but overall in fine to very fine condition and polished to a fine shine. This fountain pen is made from black hard rubber with a fancy gold overlay. The end of the barrel, on the gold overlay, has great imprints that read, "SWAN PEN MABIE TODD & CO" LTD. MADE IN ENGLAND. The cap is a screw-on type cap always securing tightly to the barrel. There are no monograms or personalizations on the barrel. There are no cracks,
