C1937 SHEAFFER LONG SLENDER 350 BALANCE MARINE GREEN STRIATED FOUNTAIN PEN RESTORED

For your consideration, we are offering for sale this Gorgeous Restored Circa 1937 Sheaffer Long Slender Balance Fountain Pen in the Marine Green Striated celluloid. This fountain pen has been thoroughly taken apart, cleaned, and put back together and now is in great writing condition. NOTE: This is an interesting pen because this Balance in Marine Green Striated celluloid is not cataloged but is a known combination. The Balance in Marine Green Striated first began production in 1937. The clip on the pen is a "hump clip with the flat ball" which was produced only in 1934/1935. I speculate Sheaffer used earlier parts on later pens to close out inventory. Just wanted to bring this little detail to your attention. This fountain pen cap and barrel are in magnificent condition with no chips, cracks, teeth marks, or repairs with the cap always securing tightly to the barrel. The cap has a Golden Filled Hump Clip with Flat Ball and Cap Banding all of which are clean and bright with no wear. N
