CIRCA 1959 SHEAFFER FERN GREEN SENTINEL SNORKEL FOUNTAIN PEN RESTORED

For your consideration, we are offering for sale this vintage circa 1959 Sheaffer Sentinel Snorkel Fountain Pen in the scarce Fern Green color with a two-tone conical 14K nib. This fountain pen has been thoroughly taken apart, cleaned, put back together, and now is in wonderful operating and writing condition. The Sheaffer Sentinel model combination was the two-tone cap and 14K two-tone nib - this is what is known as the Sentinel for the Snorkel.  This fountain pen cap and barrel are in magnificent condition with no chips, cracks, teeth marks, dings, dents, or repairs. There are no monograms or personalizations to either the cap or barrel. The cap is stamped with, "SHEAFFER Made in U.S.A." This Sheaffer Snorkel measures 5 1/2" in length capped and 6 1/2" posted. NOTE: The Fern Green color was only produced from 1957 to 1959 so this limited time in production makes the color scarce for snorkel colors I have ultrasonically cleaned the Fountain Pen NIB, section, feed, and tube.
