This writing instrument is a Sheaffer Targa Classic Fountain Pen and is model number 1043-2 with production from 1989 to 1991. This Sheaffer Targa Classic Ballpoint pen is like new as it has never been used. This Sheaffer Targa displays a burgundy with contrasting bands in a laque finish, with 23K gold electroplated trim.
