CIRCA 1910 PARKER #1 STRAIGHT CAP BLACK HARD RUBBER FOUNTAIN PEN EXCELLENT CONDITION

For your consideration, we are offering for sale this Circa 1910 Parker #1 Black Hard Rubber Eyedropper Straight Cap Fountain Pen. This fountain pen has been thoroughly taken apart, cleaned, put back together, and is now in wonderful writing condition. This is a very scarce Parker model to find, especially in this condition, which is Excellent.Hand cleaned the NIB and Lucy Curve feed. Hand cleaned the inside of the barrel, cap, and section with mineral oil. Cleaned the outside of the cap and barrel with mineral oil and the hard rubber displays a deep black color with no oxidation.This fountain pen is made from black hard rubber. This is an Eyedropper Fountain Pen and that means you would unscrew the section to add the ink via an eyedropper. The barrel has a very good imprint at the center, albeit light in some areas, that reads, "THE GEO. S. PARKER FOUNTAIN PEN JANESVILLE, WIS. U.S.A. PAT. JAN 9, 94, JUNE 22, 98., .
