CIRCA 1931 SHEAFFER OVERSIZE BALANCE MARINE GREEN FOUNTAIN PEN RESTORED

For your consideration, we are offering for sale this  Restored 1931 Sheaffer Oversize Balance Fountain Pen in the Marine Green Celluloid. This fountain pen has been thoroughly taken apart, cleaned, put back together, and now is in wonderful writing condition. I have ultrasonically cleaned the NIB, feed, and section. Replaced the old rubber with a sac. Hand polished the Long Round Ball Humped Clip, Gold Filled Cap Band, and Sheaffer14K NIB. I have cleaned, buffed, and polished the barrel and cap to bring back the vibrancy of the fountain pen. This Sheaffer Balance is an Oversize, which measures 5 5/8" in length capped and 6 1/2" posted. This fountain pen cap and barrel are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The cap has the Long Round Ball Humped Gold Filled Clip, which dates this style pen to 1931 to 1932. There is very minor brassing to the end of the ball on the clip. The Gold Filled Cap Band has very minor brassing lower edge. The barrel is clearly and crisp
