This ballpoint pen was part of a purchase from a Stationary Store in Tennessee where I acquired nearly 50 New Old Stock Fountain, Rollerball, and Ballpoint Pens in the Targa design - this is just one of them. This writing instrument is a Sheaffer Targa Classic Fountain Pen and is model number 675-2 with production from 1985 to 1996.
