For your consideration, we are offering for sale this Mint Sheaffer Targa Classic Fountain Pen, Model 1082, in the Garnet Red Ronce pattern. This fountain pen has been thoroughly taken apart, cleaned, put back together, and now is in wonderful writing condition. This fountain pen was part of a purchase from a Stationary Store in Georgia where I acquired nearly 25 New Old Stock Fountain and Ballpoint Pens in the Targa design - this is just one of them. This writing instrument is a Sheaffer Targa Classic Fountain Pen and is model number 1082 with production beginning in 1989 till 1996. Again, this Sheaffer Targa Classic Fountain Pen is like new and in Mint condition. This Sheaffer Targa displays a Garnet Red Ronce finish, with 23-carat gold electroplated trim. Fitted with a 14K solid gold medium point nib. The depth and quality of this finish are a result of being individually hand-lacquered 14 times and polished, also by hand, to a deep, luminous glow.
