This writing instrument is a Sheaffer Targa Classic Fountain Pen and is model number 1005-2 with production beginning in 1976 till 1999. This Sheaffer Targa Classic Ballpoint pen is like new as it has never been used. This Sheaffer Targa displays a Fluted pattern in 23K gold electroplate. The cap banding is stamped, "SHEAFFER U.S.A.
