Gorgeous, late 1940's or early 1950s skirt suit in russet brown wool with creme trim. Chanel style jacket with 3/4 length sleeves and a button-up front. Three, removable buttons and two snaps at the neckline as closures. Straight skirt with a banded waist; waist darts to front and back; metal zipper and button at back; kick pleat to back hem. Jacket is lined in matching brown cotton; skirt has a nude nylon modesty panel facing the back. This is a light-weight wool and very soft. Best fits a Medium. Measurements are taken flat, doubled as necessary. You must allow room for ease/body movement: JACKET B 38" W 36" L 17" SH to SH 15" Sleeve Length 16" SKIRT Waist 24" Hip 36" Length 27" Excellent condition with some loose threads at the button holes, and a small area of light staining to the trim at jacket front - this should resolve with a cleaning.See our Sizing Guide for the Best Fit.
