This is a vintage black floral chintz sugar bowl or sugar basin set was made by Napco, Japan in the 1950s. The creamer is 3 inches high by 4 inches handle edge to spout tip by 2.75 inches in diameter at the base. The sugar basin is 2.25 inches high by 3 inches in diameter at the base. Both the sugar and creamer are in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or wear, and the creamer has the original foil sticker. A really cute set.
