Edwardian Thimble Sterling Silver Victorian Floral Band Size 9 USA 1900 Sewing Notion

This sweet little antique Victorian or Edwardian era sterling thimble is marked Sterling 9 and has a tiny S over a C dating to 1900-1910. It has the usual honeycomb body and top with a stylized curlicue band above the bottom rim and measures .6 inch high by .6 inch in diameter and is a marked size 9. The antique sterling silver thimble is in very good ++ used vintage condition with no holes and just 2 minor dimple dents. The photos show before and after polishing. A great piece of practical history.
