English Purple Thistles Linen Doily Set 4 Hand Embroidered 1930s Towels

This is a set of 4 vintage linen napkins, doilies, dresser set or towels that were hand embroidered in England 1930-1940s. The 4 pieces of linen have green picot edging and buttonhole stitch border and embroidered leaves and flower heads. Two of the pieces are 13.5 inches high by 6 inches wide and two are 18.5 high by 13 inches wide. There are no tears or mends and the embroidery is in very good ++ used vintage condition. There are 3 spots total, one that looks to be makeup. A neat set in a great vintage design. From a collection of linens we brought home from England.
