Antique French Empire Style 9" Desk or Boudoir Clock, Gilt Bronze & Baccarat(?) Glass Case, HP Portrait Miniature

Lovely antique French Empire style 9 1/8" tall desk or boudoir clock with Baccarat style glass case, gilt dore bronze base with hand painted portrait miniature and bow & ribbon accented top!  With no markings, we can't say for sure that it's Baccarat but the style was definitely one of their 'signatures'.  We've had similar glass & bronze stationery stands, jewelry caskets, inkwells and more.  This a smaller clock but with undeniable decorative and visual appeal. Good to very good condition overall.  First, the clock mechanism has been replaced with a newer battery operated movement.  I have not replaced the batter but will try to do so asap to determine if it runs (though I'm pretty confident that it does).  Also, there is a chip to the lower right side rear corner.  No other damage or flaws to note.  See pictures for all measurements.
