Antique Victorian to Edwardian Era Hand Carved Dieppe, France, Ivory Earrings Pair

Old collections being disbursed, this is one I've had for decades This is a pair of 1/2" wide and 1 1/4" long ivory drop earrings, carved so delicately with stems, leaves, flowers. Beautifully preserved in spite of how delicate they look. The ear wires are original and are not karat gold unless low 8k or rolled gold. They have tarnished since I cleaned them last. The carving is mid to late Victorian era. When we enlarge these so much for photos, the fine detail seems more course. I assure you, this is delicate and exquisite in person and in wear. Shown in a period box which is only a prop and is not original to it and will not attend it in the sale. Very good to excellent condition for age and type. If there's a flaw to the carving, I have not found it. A charming blossoms, a daisy on one and pansy on the other - all just beautifully conceived and carved. Full measurements noted on the photos.
