Named after our very loved and honored winemaker of our sister company, Overbluff Cellars, Jerry’s Dark Roast (JDR) is 100% FTO Guatemala. Always from the San Marcos region, JDR is a ‘city roast’- just shy of a French roast. Medium acidity, medium chocolate, and heavy body, this roast is primarily caramel with medium-high sugar.
