Tektite with Goldstone and Lava Rock

This necklace is a combination of three different elements: Earth (Lava Rock), Space (Tektite), and Man (Goldstone)! Tektite is a type of volcanic glass that is created when a meteorite impacts the earth! The Tektite on this necklace has been coated in wax so it will not be sharp to the touch. I like the way that Lava Rock and Tektite look similar, but are created in very different ways! Goldstone is a man-made stone, and I love the way it adds sparkle and contrasts with the Lava Rock!
