2023 Saint-Joseph White Emisphere, Domaine Boissonnet

Producer: Domaine Boissonnet Wine: 2023 Saint-Joseph Blanc "Emisphere: Land: Granitic soil and white soil.  Selection of two parcels - La Cote and Les Rouasses  Varietals: 80% Marsanne, 20% Roussanne Vinification:  After manual harvesting, pneumatic press, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation  in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats (from 1 to 3 wines). Maturation on fine lees with regular stirring.  Bottling after 9 to 10 months of aging. Tasting Notes:  Delicate nose that blends, with subtle touches, honey, lemon, dried flowers, and dried fruits. Powerful and fresh on the palate, it will delight you in its youth. It gently awakens our taste buds, thanks to the freshness of the Marsanne. Its association with Roussanne allows it to bring out all the elegance and complexity of a great white Saint Joseph. Food: Spicy meats, fish, seafood, roasted chicken or goat cheese.
