BD Microtainer® Blood Collection Tubes, Serum, Microgard™ Closure

The BD Microtainer® Blood Collection Tube, Serum with Microgard™ Closure, is designed for efficient blood collection and reduced risk of premature clotting. The wide-mouth pathway allows capillary blood to flow freely into the tube, minimizing clotting in the collection top. The unique “twist-assist” MICROGARD™ closure significantly reduces blood splatter when the cap is removed, making it safer for healthcare professionals. The tube is made from break-resistant plastic for durability. This serum blood collection tube contains silicone coating and holds 250-500µL of blood. Each pack contains 50 tubes, with 4 packs per case (200 tubes total). Available for delivery within the Continental U.S. only.
