This choker collar is handmade in thick, high quality PVC. Transparent holographic, iridescent PVC is layered over black and is adorned with alternating sizes of spikes. The effect is a stunning, bright rainbow effect.  Fit is adjustable with buckle in back. Silver-toned nickel plated steel hardware and with double layered bondage style o-ring in front.Collar is 1 inch wide. Ring are 1.5" and 1" wide. Spikes are 14mm and 40mm long.
