Kate Moss
APC ART is pleased to offer our global collector base this rare and iconic silkscreen by the world-renowned street artist, Banksy. Banksy – “Kate Moss”, 2005 (Edition 3/50) is a signed screenprint in colors on wove paper, released in 2005 in an edition of only 50. It references Andy Warhol’s Marilyn Monroe portrait series, replacing Monroe’s face with that of supermodel Kate Moss while retaining Monroe’s familiar vibrant hair. This piece is framed to museum standard. Included with the work is the original “old style” Pest Control certificate of authenticity, as well as the original receipt from Lazarides Gallery dated 2015, when the current owner acquired it. Banksy has had a profound impact on contemporary art: his anonymous persona, sharply satirical visuals, and bold statements about consumerism, celebrity, and power have shaped how street art is viewed globally. The Kate Moss work is one of his most desirable prints — both for its pop cultural resonance and its scarcity. Collec
