The Crack & Sneak Peek (framed in Shadow Box with “Whatson spacers”)

To wrap up a banner year (2022) Martin Whatson and Graffiti Prints teamed up to do two timed editions. This was much to the relief of collectors who had, for years, attempted to purchase a work via GP’S lottery system but had been left empty handed. ”The Crack” and “Sneak Peek” are two works that would put a smile on the face of any street art/ contemporary art collector. The works are from a timed edition, Giclée prints with 7 and 9 color screen print on 300gsm Somerset Satin fine art paper. The Somerset Satin paper has been embossed around the curtain/ opening creating a 3-D effect with the artist's graffiti in the background. Frankly, these are some of the most impressive works to come from Whatson & GP and are often overlooked.
