“Untitled”, from Art Alliance Provocateurs Edition

In 2014, Shepard Fairey asked a few of his street art pals to donate works for ”Art Alliance; The Provocateurs” . As one press announcement stated; ”Sunburn, portable toilets and Eminem” . ”Lollapalooza has it all.” ”Except art.” ”Specifically, a big, thoughtfully curated art show. And so, this summer, Lollapalooza is getting a group exhibition so enormous that, if street artist/curator Shepard Fairey has his way, its largest murals will stay in Chicago long after the buzzsaw thump of Skrillex dislodges your brain stem.” This was not a small tent that FALSE prints; in fact it did not even take place at Grant Field , instead, the exhibition was held in a 25,000 square foot building on north state street.
