This Guatemalan coffee is a unique blend of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra and Typica varieties, selected from smallholder farmers in the Antigua region. Grown at altitudes of 1,200-1,616 m, and processed using the fully washed and sun dried method, this coffee has a medium roast with a tasting profile of dark chocolate, bright fruit, and butterscotch.
