Erratic Skin Face Toner

Erratic Skin Face Toner is designed to help oily skin, decongest skin, tone and clarify problematic skin, and soothe inflamed skin. Directions apply a moderate amount of toner to a cotton ball or pad and gently apply all over the face in upward motions.
