Orange Toffee Almond Shortbread

We should have sent a poet... This cookie... there really are no words. We had to dig DEEP in the vault to find this App Cookie Co classic. We start with our traditional almond sandy then throw tradition out the window and add mounds of orange zest and large crushed Heath toffee bits. Then we fill the center with imported Swedish Lingonberry jam, bake to perfection and finish with a drizzle of royal icing.
