The Distributional History of the Biota of the Southern Appalachians, Part II, Flora edited by Perry C Holt with the Assistance of Robert A. Paterson

This volume consists of ten papers by experts who look at the geographical distribution of the plants they have most thoroughly documented. The papers were given at a Symposium sponsored by Virginia Tech and the Association of Southern Biologists held at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia, from June 26-28, 1969.   Blacksburg, Virginia: Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, November 1970, Research Division Monograph 2, November 1970. The papers included mostly include works cited as well as maps and photographs.
