Our grass-fed goat chops are bite-sized steaks that are full of flavor. They cook up quickly, and easily in a cast iron skillet with butter and garlic. Each package contains four chops. Farmers' choice of either rib or loin chops. Priced at $23 / lb. Packages weigh between .60 - .66 lbs. Additional sizes available.
