The buffered temperature probe in a glycol-filled bottle closely mimics stored product temperature for superior accuracy. Additional safety features include an audible and visual temperature alarm, power failure alert, and a self-closing, lockable door with a user-reversible swing. The interior boasts adjustable plastic-coated wire shelves, LED lighting, and durable powder-coated metal construction for longevity. Optimized forced air cooling maintains temperature uniformity, while a factory-installed antimicrobial handle enhances hygiene.
