The 10,000 BTU rotisserie burner enables professional-style rotisserie cooking with the accompanying rotisserie kit, while the four 16,000 BTU tube burners have the same stainless steel construction and produce a significant amount of heat for grilling. In order to avoid hot and cold spots and flare-ups, the stainless steel vaporizer panels aid in distributing heat evenly across the grilling surface. The unique analog thermometer has a stainless steel bezel for superior temperature management.
