In modernist, abstract style, the painter depicts a portrait of a young woman wearing her long hair down. With playful brushwork and bright colors this unique painting will make a statement piece for any home. The painting is in overall very good condition showing craquelure and is signed and dated ‘H. T. 1963’ by hand on the top left corner in yellow oil paint. Hadassah Tal-Vardi (1918-2002) was a painter born in Poland. During his childhood he emigrated to the United States.
