Otrivin Ipra MAX is a medicinal product for use in the treatment of a runny nose (with watery secretions) accompanying a cold.Ingredients The active substances are: xylometazoline (Xylometazolini hydrochloridum) and ipratropium bromide (Ipratropii bromidum).1 ml of the drug contains 0.5 mg of xylometazoline hydrochloride and 0.6 mg of ipratropium bromide.Excipients: disodium edetate, glycerol 85%, purified water, sodium hydroxide and concentrated hydrochloric acid.DosageAlways use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. The drug is for intranasal use. Do not use the medicine for longer than 7 days. Do not use more often than every 6 hours and no more than 3 times a day. Adults: 1 dose in each nostril, up to 3 times a day. A 6-hour interval should be maintained between subsequent nasal applications.
