Aqua Thane Top Coat

Aqua Thane Topcoat is intended for clear or lightly pigmented coatings where flexibility and a high degree of hardness are required. This PolyAcrylic blended topcoat has good wetting properties and exhibits excellent adhesion to wood, metal and a variety of plastics.  With excellent durability, it is designed for a professional-grade finish for interior projects.  Application methods can be foam pad, synthetic brush, sprayed, HVLP, air-assisted airless, airless.  Dry times in ideal conditions 30-45 minutes (70 degrees F, 50% humidity).  Aqua Coat Toners can be added to simulate the warmth and depth of the “old” shellac varnishes. Aqua Thane is also NMP (N-menthyl pyrrolidone) free.
