Fluoride & Heavy Metal Whole Home System (10" x 54" Tank) The PO-500 is a Point-of-Entry (Whole House) filter. The Polaris V will filter a maximum of 9 GPM and is suited for 1" incoming water lines (3 ½ - 4 ½ bathrooms). The unit comes standard with an Automatic Double Backwash/Double Rinse Valve, which requires a 110 V outlet and access to a drain line, but is also available with a Straight In/Out Valve with 1 micron pre-filter.
