Contains Cera alba which is anti-irritating and safe for sensitive skin and eyes, moisturizes eyelashes and the skin.   Use instructions  Use an eyeliner or eyeshadow brush for application. Use an eyeliner brush to achieve the desired eyeliner effect.  When still wet immediately following application, an eyeshadow brush can be used to achieve an eyeshadow effect.  A little goes a long way.  For a darker or more pigmented look, apply layers.  To wash off use soap, oil or any eye makeup remover.   Ingredients Cool blue non-toxic pigment, Cera alba, Ricinus communis oil (organic).
