Its micelles act like magnets to remove debris, oil, and makeup with a single swipe, leaving skin feeling soft and refreshed. No need to rinse after use, but the choice is yours. Convenient pump bottle for a no mess, always clean application. NOTE: May not completely remove waterproof cosmetics. Directions: To remove makeup: Wet clean cotton pad on pump bottle and hold over eye for three to five seconds, then gently wipe with no harsh rubbing. Repeat until all makeup is removed. To use as a cleanser: Wet clean cotton pad on pump bottle and gently glide over face with no harsh rubbing. Repeat as necessary.
