Indianapolis Map Print

Indianapolis is called the Circle City, so it was inevitable that I would translate it into circles and lines. We included the most apt features of the city, including a few surrounding suburbs, in a way that creates a simple harmony, making the information both beautiful and useful.  8"x8" Letterpress Print or 18"x18" Digital Print. I edit the information significantly, avoiding the "dazzle" effect which occurs when our eyes are battered with too much information. Letterpress makes it even more gorgeous. ABOUT LETTERPRESS PRINTINGLetterpress is a very complicated and expensive printing method that I am obsessed with. All letterpress prints are slammed with 600 pounds of pressure, creating a deep, tactile texture.
