The Earthquake® Shrub & Tree Planting Auger is a purpose-built earth auger, with planting in mind. Available in 1-gallon, 3-gallon, or 5-gallon sizes, the twin-tapered flight design mimics the size and shape of a potted plant, shrub, bush, or tree. The top of the flights act as a depth gauge so you can ensure you’ve drilled to the correct planting depth every time, while dirt is evenly distributed around the hole, ready to be used to backfill the hole once your plant is in place. Reversible, dual-sided blades offer two cutting profiles in one. The excavator edge tears through tough soil, while the scraper edge pulls loose dirt from the hole. As wear occurs, simply reverse the blades to maximize longevity and maintain peak performance.
