The inner lining is made of linen for a more natural feeling, so you can wear it comfortably without the need to wear socks.  AREth’s original cup sole has a built-in midsole for high shock absorption. POLIYOU ® insoles made from recycled material provide shock absorption, anti-perspiration, and breathability. We use only premium-grade Suede for top strength, consistency, and long time use.   *We recommend going up a half size in this chill shoe. Or if you want to wear with socks go up one full size. EX- If you normally wear size 9. Go size 9.5 - 10.
