This fantastic micro mix consists of 100% broccoli, kohlrabi, kale, and red cabbage microgreens. An exceptional combination of vegetable microgreens packed with nutrients and bursting with flavor makes it the perfect finishing spice garnish for any meal.  Your microgreen micro blends will arrive in a sealed glass jar with a shaker lid. We recommend using your Microgreen Microblends within several months of opening them and exposing the microgreens to the air.  TASTE PROFILE:  Delicious mild taste with a hit of savory sweetness. PROCESS: The microgreens used for this seasoning are slowly dehydrated to remove moisture at a very low heat and preserve the nutrients. Because we dehydrate our microgreens at such a low heat, they are still considered "raw." Once dehydrated we immediately grind, blend, and package to ensure freshness.  SE
