Living and working between Paris, France, and Paros, Greece, Damien de Medeiros—known as Hermentaire—is a fine artist creating instinctive, dreamlike art. He draws inspiration from his African ancestry, artists he's admired, and the world itself, using a variety of mediums, including watercolor and paper cut collage techniques. Created in May of 2021, Djambo Eye N°3; watercolor on paper is one of a kind framed piece, covered with museum-standard glass and made exclusively for ARJÉ.
