Oracle Olive Oil

The grounding staple to our everyday meals and reminiscent of our mediterranean background, olive oil plays an important role in our home. Founded by Cristiana Sadigianis, Oracle is an artisanal Greek olive oil for gourmet cooking made from 100% organic Koroneiki olives, sourced from a collective of seaside olive farms in Laconia.   Koroneiki olives are unusually rich in polyphenol and oleocanthal, and they create an oil with a very low acidity level and unique characteristics well-suited to everyday use. "I wanted to preserve and continue the story [of olive oil] while sharing its powerful properties with a larger community and elevating the idea of olive oil as a basic pantry staple to a vessel that brings beauty to a kitchen countertop, or a table centerpiece," says Sadigianis.   Oracle is packaged in a navy-blue bottle designed by the artist Alejandro Cardenas, and UV-coated to prevent any oxidation through light exposure, and each bottle is filled and sealed in Laconia and label
