Sistine, by Luciana Ame

Born in Poland and working now out of Sweden and Italy, painter Luciana Ame creates using mixed media on paper or canvas, her body of work focuses primarily on the human form.   Inspired by her travels and the people she's met over the years, and drawing influence from the ancient, renaissance, and modern worlds, her illustrations are instinctual and character-driven, bringing a presence to the portraits in her paintings. She describes them as "immediate expression without the possibility of changes." The large, powerful and captivating framed wall art portrays forms of a human face and measures 5.3 x 5.1 feet.
