Sourced from family-owned farms organized around the Surya Abadi Kayumas cooperative in Java, this coffee's hallmark Indonesian profile is the product of wet-hulling, a uniquely Indonesian processing method in which the coffee parchment is removed before the final drying is completed. Roasted to our classic Full City (light) roast, this bean boasts a hefty body strength and smooth finish, thanks to its low acidity. Expect a semi-sweet brew with notes of dark chocolate, black pepper, and molasses.
