Eyeliner sealant is a liquid medium that can be used to blend with loose powders in order to foil them (apply wet) across the entire lid, or to wet line top/bottom eyeliner.  Instructions: Just a drop is all it takes! Create a smooth paste with loose minerals and sealant. Apply as a liner or foil across your entire lid with a brush. Your minerals will stay put all day long and shimmer will be enhanced!
