"When We Collide" - Dot Painting

The series uses top down processing to evoke a meditative state as the eyes is lead through the piece via color and pattern placement.  This piece is about the concept of how we effect and can forever touch the lives of those we come in contact with throughout our lifetimes.  As the dots "pass through" one another, their subsequent dot pattern is changed and intermixed with remnants of the other. With my hand painted pieces, each nuance of brushwork, texture and technique is visible on the canvas surface. The line is up to par with the art found in modern galleries, but available in custom sizes to perfectly fit any space.  As each piece is custom made, individual paintings may vary slightly.
