Volkswagen Karmann Ghia, Classic Car, Painting

I love seeing this Volkswagen Karmann Ghia in our neighborhood, where it's usually found parked in the same spot day after day on a side street. Recently, during a walking break from work, I found the car parked on our street at the intersection of Cabrini Blvd and 190th Street and I couldn't help but take another photo of it. The burst of orange against the gray skies and the Hudson River beyond struck me like art in a museum. Later in the week, due to the ongoing suspension of alternative side parking, I got another shot of it sheltering in the same spot, glowing under the same dreary sky.
